**Roles & Responsibilities**

**The Job**:

- Provide on-site hardware repair to customers, including field work and urgent deliveries
- Provide technical support, advice and assistance to consumers and businesses with technical, hardware and system problems
- Handles installation and set-up new notebooks, parts and related
- Maintenance of customers & staff notebooks, troubleshooting & repair works, where necessary
- Assist in other technical matters and installation when required
- With NTC 2/3 or higher
- Common IT hardware and PC system knowledges
- Minimum 1 year exposure in service environment
- Preferably with Class 3 driving license
- Flexible and adaptable
- Enjoys meeting people
