**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and perform all installation, servicing, and maintenance of cold room and ACMV systems.
- Lead and trained a team of technicians, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and project plans to ensure compliance and feasibility.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality and adherence to standards and safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Plan and allocate resources, including manpower, tools, and materials.
- Communicate and coordinate with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, progress updates, and inspection records.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Any other ad-hoc works assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in cold room and ACMV systems installation, and maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigerants, and mechanical ventilation.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in using tools and software related to cold room and ACMV systems.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to work at night, on public holidays, and weekends if required.Class 3 driving licences (Bonus)
