**Responsibilities**:
Design and deploy overall payment architecture to meet current and future business and product requirements
Create overall architecture blueprints and design patterns to guide development
Own the requirement analysis and create a strong Payment system architecture. Well architected payment framework. Evangelize standardization and architecture practices
Recommend which all offerings of payment product (Of the shelf) should be used
Support Compliance and Legal with enterprise standards, processes and policies
Architect should be with the project end to end

**Must have skiils**:
Previously held role of Payment architect.
Payments domain knowledge. Should be well aware of SWIFT, ISO Payment standards. Exposure to multi country rollout in APAC Region
Expert knowledge in modern design patterns and blueprinting practices
Expert knowledge of API, mirco-services and event driven IT architectures
Expert knowledge of cloud-based technology offerings as well as deployment architecture options
Strong knowledge of security, controls, privacy and compliance in the Financial Services domain
Strong knowledge of agile development experience
Outstanding technical and non-technical communication and presentation skills
Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to both collect requirements and to communicate the architecture vision and status
Flexible, likeable, well-presented and able to work well with others

**Below skills are advantageous**:
Should have good written and verbal communication
Quick learning on new product and new requirement.
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Experience/understanding of controls in a Banking environment
Minimum 12+ years of experience in IT Industry
Bachelor’s degree in computing or relevant field.
