Review, upkeep and maintain ISO 9001: 2015 QMS and WSH bizSafe manual, procedures and records.
- Support on ISO 9001 internal and external audit.
- Identify and implement risk & improvement opportunities
- Prepare Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans and implement quality system in compliance with the quality standards.
- Conduct inspections to ensure that materials used comply with relevant quality assurance requirements and regulatory guidelines
- Implement, conduct, and manage continuous improvement programs as per Company direction
- Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance with the standard process and product specifications.
- Maintaining the quality assurance records and execution of periodic inspection on job.
- Ensure that QC inspection work proceeds in accordance with project quality plan, control procedures and inspection procedures.
- Generate test report for customers.
- Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the immediate supervisor or higher management.

**Requirements**:

- Preferable with at least 3 years QAQC hands-on experience performing QA and QC job functions in all levels of organization.
- Possess strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality management system but not mandatory.
- Knowledge in ships parts or repair is a plus.
- Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, both internally and externally.
- Strong sense of ownership and self-motivation, good initiative, work independently.
- Systematic and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications.
