Role Summary:
Business Controller, together with the Business Heads will lead end to end finance activities of our Pulp and Viscose board business. Based in RGE Singapore office, the position reports to the Group business Controller and works closely with business group (“BG”) senior management both in sales and marketing teams and also production teams to ensure that our value chain are properly conducted to meet production, commercial, profitability, management targets and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overall business performance of the Pulp and Viscose board business groups to meet targeted production, volume, production & profitability
- Partner mill business unit production Head and commercial management to drive business and financial performance
- Influence and Analyse end to end costs including production and sales and Marketing costs to ensure deviations from budget are understood and actions in place to meet targets
- Ensure proper trading models, policies, & controls are in place
- Manage proper & timely market & financial analyses to support management decision making
- Ensure close monitoring & coordination of production, shipment & sales activities against target
- Ensure appropriate market pricing, order backlog and proper AR management & collection
- Maintain tight control over credit approvals, rebate / sales incentives and customer claims
- Manage optimal inventory level for finished goods and meeting customer delivery requirements
- Ensure operational / forecast discipline to meet specific business targets for compliance purposes
- Build good cadence to support timely business & management reviews including annual budget

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

- A degree in the related job field.
- At least 15 years of relevant experiences
- Some travelling is required
