Internship - Gsk Production System, Singapore (January to June 2026)

**Help us get ahead of disease together with our GSK Production System Internship, 2026**:
**Education required**: Undergraduate studying a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy or other Science related disciplines

**Other requirements**: Must be enrolled at a SG university for the duration of your internship and doing a full-time credit-bearing internship

**Language requirement**: Written and spoken fluency in English

**Internship period**: January to June 2026

**What will you do?**

**What will you learn?**
- Support Continuous Improvement (CI) projects through:
a) Gemba and data collection to understand current state

b) Data analysis using Excel and develop solution(s)
- Drive 5S and standard work programs on site
- Contribute to the site’s overall continuous improvement culture by providing support to GPS Experts
- Assist in the coordination and facilitation of:
a) Site-wide GPS workshops

b) Improvements to the KPI dashboards on site

c) Other ad-hoc events that serve as platforms for ample opportunities to build a network within the GSK community
- Support culture improvement activities ie. video making, conducting surveys

**What are we looking for?**
- A lively interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing, the commercial world and the biopharma industry
- Appetite to work as a business partner, building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Adaptability to change and working under pressure
- Excellent communication skills that help you influence
- Strong problem-solving skills driven by curiosity
- Drive and confidence to trust your own judgment
- Great project management skills and the ability to prioritise
