Job Description, Roles & Responsibilities:

- Proven track record on delivery of commercial and workplace project from conceptual stages to implementation of the

approved design at the construction site;
- Excellent exposure to wide range of FF&E architectural elements (both local and international brands);
- Exposure to the interior fitting out process with exceptional knowledge in interior fittings and carpentry;
- Excellent eye for details;
- Strong presentation skills through communication and presentation software;
- Good knowledge of relevant local code and requirements;
- Develop and maintain proper design management procedures to meet project and client needs;
- Able to maintain composure working under pressure in ensuring the project is completed according to the

approved budget, program, and timeline;
- Lead a team of ID Technician in the development of technical drawings (for both build only and design & build

projects;
- Maintain excellent working relationship and synergic with the Project Team to resolve site issues;
- Design Consultant management (for build only projects);
- Collaborative and a good team player, with good working attitude and be proactive;
- Dynamic and resourceful individual with strong initiative mindset;
- Always be open to ideals and suggestions, passionate in high quality works, sensitive to clients needs;
- Ability to prioritize own workload, and ability to cope with Client pressure and changes in project brief to deliver

within strict project deadlines;
