DCX addresses the need to achieve and sustain business value via digital initiatives, from the back end right through to the front line. - Work with sales leads to understand the customer IT landscape and business priorities to identify and position appropriate solutions. - Determine the best technical solution after due evaluation. - Provide specifications according to which solutions are to define, managed and delivered. - Lead the overall solution across various Service Lines (Enterprise Applications, Custom Software Development, Cloud and Digital). - Develop system implementation plans, processes, solution architectures and technical architectures. - Lead client proposal development and presentations. - Lead solution architecture and delivery of the proposed solution at client projects; Build technical design and implementation plan. **Job Requirements**: - At least 8 - 10 years of strong solution and delivery experience in Enterprise IT and Digital delivery programs; pure project/program management experience will not suffice for this role. - Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and design, including architecture frameworks such as TOGAF. - Strong knowledge of technologies such as RESTful APIs, programming languages, CI/CD concepts, cloud hosting practices and big data technologies. - Experience with cloud native development solutions (AWS, Azure etc.) - Experience in solution and delivery for clients in Singapore public sector. - Strong relationship management and communication skills, able to navigate organizations and bring multiple stakeholders together to achieve strategic business goals. - Ability to dive deep into the solution, and hands-on solution development. **Let's talk about what's in it for you**: Passionate people are Capgemini's Ace of Spades - join us to discover a career that will challenge, support and inspire you.
