- Leading and managing a team of professionals to achieve practice goals and objectives.
- Setting performance targets and ensuring the practice meets financial and operational targets.
- Identifying new business opportunities and driving business development efforts to expand the practice globally.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the practice area.
- Providing thought leadership and expertise internally and externally through speaking engagements, publications, and participation in industry events.
- Collaborating with other practice heads and senior executives to align practice strategies with overall organizational goals.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, business development, and client relationship management.

Job requirement: Has worked on contemporary technologies like Cloud, ML, AI etc in the role of both consulting and implementation. Is a technocrat with strong P/L responsibility. Has a strong delivery experience.
