- Working hours: Mon - Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 8-4pm Sun OFF (might require to OT)

**BAKER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Daily preparation and production of cookies and bakes by following existing standard recipes.
- Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients.
- Shaping and moulding of cookie doughs
- Mould cookie dough and bake.
- Prepare fillings for cookies.
- Prepare and pack baked goods for deliveries. Coordinate with drivers.
- Ensuring front/display counter bakes are prepared for daily operations.
- Clean and maintain baking equipment, utensils, and tools.
- Order and receive supplies, goods, and materials.
- Responsible for the consistency and presentation of the products
- Ensure all the food items are prepared in accordance to SFA/ NEA guidelines
- Participate in Inventory stocks counting.
- Perform ad hoc duties required by the Head Baker.

**Job Requirements**:

- No experience required
- Must possess WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate or relevant.
- Previous experience as a baker will be a bonus.
- Able to work on PH.
- Highly motivated and responsible individual
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and a great team player, able to work well with others.
- Able to start immediately
