- We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)/DevOps Associate/Engineer to join our Technology team, focusing on enhancing the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our Payment Applications and Products through automation and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, automated, and resilient systems and services
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve reliability and efficiency
- Collaborate with software development teams to ensure operational requirements are considered and implemented during the development lifecycle
- Automate repetitive tasks and optimize system performance through scripting and other automation tools
- Participate in incident management, post-mortem analysis, and system recovery processes
- Provide maintenance support by investigating and rectifying reported system shortcomings
- Analyze requests for enhancements/changes and write specifications for system improvements
- Cloud services and infrastructure management on platforms such as AWS
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation
- Monitoring and logging tools such as Newrelic, Grafana or similar
- Scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar for automation tasks
- Implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent with functional knowledge and coding experience
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar for automation and tooling
- Familiar with microservice and REST API design concept
- Ability to multitask with strict time constraints, budgets and business goals
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Demonstrate drive and passion to learn new technology skills and able to work independently
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, ECS) is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation is a plus
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) and practices for automating deployment and system updates
- Prior exposure to the Fintech industry and understanding of its challenges and regulatory environment is an added advantage.
