**Responsibilities**:
- **Menu Preparation**:Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the restaurant’s menu.
- **Ingredient Management**:Manage inventory and ensure ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- **Kitchen Organization**: Keep the kitchen clean and organized, adhering to food safety standards.
- **Staff Supervision**: Oversee and train kitchen staff to maintain quality and efficiency.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards.
- **Order Management**: Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- **Problem Solving**: Address any kitchen issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
**Job Requirements**
- **Cooking Skills**: Strong culinary skills with experience in preparing a variety of dishes.
- **Food Safety Knowledge**: Understanding of food safety practices and kitchen hygiene.
- **Leadership**: Ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- **Time Management**: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month
