**Key Operations**

a) Warehouse Operation (e.g., container stuffing/unstuffing, operation of forklift and other equipments)

b) Stevedore Operation
- Vessel Operation (e.g., trimming of cement & furnace slag vessel, copper slag vessel, aggregate vessel)
- Equipment maintenance
- Wheel Loader, Excavator, Forklift, etc.

**Responsibilities**:
a) Develop, implement, review, maintain and improve on Workplace safety & health management system. Ensure WSH system is in full compliance with WSH Act (latest version).
- ISO45001, BizSAFE STAR, Jurong Port safety regulations.

b) Implement, review and improve safe work procedures.

c) Based on safe work procedures, conduct risk assessments to identify potential workplace risk and hazards. Risk assessment document needs to be maintained and regularly reviewed as and when necessary.

d) Ensure safe work procedures are being maintained and abide by all staff

e) Perform a monthly safety audit on warehousing & stevedore operation and workplace environment, then follow up corrective & improvement recommendations.

f) Organize and coordinate safety audit by management representative in accordance with “ACOP - Chief Executives’ and Board of Directors’ workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Duties” requirements and follow up corrective & improvement recommendations.

g) Organize safety meetings on warehousing and stevedore operations including, but not limited to the following:

- 1 site inspection per month with a safety inspection report to be submitted to JP.
- 1 safety briefing/dialogue per quarter with a safety briefing/dialogue report to be submitted
- At least one safety promotion program such as a safety campaign and/or a workshop during the licence period

h) Plan, execute and conduct workplace safety and health training.

i) In charge of incident management including investigation to identify the root cause and implement necessary corrective and preventive measures.

j) Plan & coordinate high risk workplace activity such as work-at-height in compliance with safe work procedure and JP’s safety requirement.

k) Ensure all equipment or vehicles being deployed at workplace hold valid permits according to regulations.

l) Participate in external audit and coordinate with relevant officers or auditors to maintain full compliance with WSH regulations.

m) Fire Safety Management:

- Prepare and execute an emergency response plan including maintaining proper personal protective equipment for emergencies.
- Conduct emergency responses and fire drills regularly.
