This prestigious Bank based in Singapore requires a hands-on, Operational Risk Officer to join its global, dynamic business.

**Your new role**

Reporting to Management and Head Office, the Operational Risk Officer is responsible to ensure current and emerging risks are proactively identified and managed through internal controlled mechanisms and procedures within Client Management and transversal perimeter to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the Bank’s standards. This includes control plans, incidents investigations and procedures management.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Recognised Bachelor’s degree in Singapore, with 1-3 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably corporate banking.
- Fresh graduates with banking internships are also welcome.
- A team player, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Possess good interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills. Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with various internal and external stakeholders
