**Role Summary**

Our client is a leading real estate investment and asset management company with a strong presence across Asia and globally diversified portfolios. As part of their growth strategy, they are looking to hire a Group Finance Manager to join their corporate finance team on a **2-year contract**. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to financial planning, enterprise risk management, and internal stakeholder support across investment and operational functions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide financial and compliance support for interested party transactions (IPTs) across business clusters
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to support investment and strategic initiatives
- Manage foreign exchange exposure and assist in the development of risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure adherence to enterprise risk management frameworks and internal control policies
- Oversee accurate and timely preparation of consolidated monthly financial accounts
- Review and enforce compliance with Group Accounting Policies and Reporting Guidelines
- Evaluate and implement relevant updates from new accounting standards or regulatory changes
- Coordinate budgeting and forecasting activities across various business clusters
- Conduct variance analysis and provide management insights on forecast vs budget vs actuals

**Qualifications**
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA Singapore)
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or fund management sectors
- Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret financial data effectively
- Demonstrated integrity, proactiveness, and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPointFamiliarity with Oracle and IBM Cognos Controller is an advantage
