**Responsibilities**
- Provides daily operations support at customer site, include monitoring of middleware, servers and hardware.
- Performed regular housekeeping to ensure server resources are healthy.
- Perform middleware patching as and when required.
- Provide support for infra related activities like server OS patching, power maintenance, hardware replacement etc.
- Perform schedule tasks which include monthly deployment, adhoc hotfixes, quarterly DB password change, monthly reporting tasks.
- Provide support for audit related matters.
- Provide after office and weekend support when required.
- Assist with diagnose and resolving problems as and when arises.
- Monitor and perform renewal of expiring SSL certs or software licenses.
- Provide support for annual fixed asset verifications.
- Assist with decommission of old hardware and servers.
- Provide technical guidance to the team for support across servers, networking, firewall and security.

**Requirement**
- Proficient knowledge of Solaris, Windows and Linux.
- At least 1-5 years of middleware support experience.
- Prefer to have experience with IBM MQ.
- Work in a team environment to knowledge share and follow standard processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
- Team covers 2 shifts from 7.30am to 7.00pm Mondays to Fridays.
- Working on weekends might be required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem solving skills.
