**Lead Developer (Java)
**Job Descriptions**:

- **Design, develop, and deploy Java, J2EE solutions using platforms or development language like C#,.Net, Python or C++.**:

- Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to identify and understand Software/ Application requirements.
- **Ability to develop Software Applicaiton using Java, J2EE programming language.**:

- Debug and troubleshoot automation workflows to ensure optimal performance.
- Involved in managing a team of Engineers.Work with stakeholder and perform client management.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Minimum 5 years of Software/ Application development experience.
- Proficient in **Java, J2EE, C#,.Net, Python or C++**:

- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#,.Net, C++, MFC or Python.
- **Demonstrated the ability to lead a team of Engineers.**:

- Good in liaising with stakeholders and client management.
- Conversant in English and Chinese language to liaise with stakeholders.A team player willing to take ownership of an opportunity and hands on every aspect of the job.
