**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Answering phone calls and operating office equipment including printers, copiers and fax machines
- Compiling, maintaining and updating company records
- Managing office inventory and working with vendors to ensure the regular supply of office materials
- Prepares accurate quotes for pricing
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin - in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Prior experience with **Fire Prevention & Protection Systems **will be added advantage
