**About the role**

**You will**:

- Take a data driven strategy to provide insights into the health of the hiring pipeline, provide direction, and training to partners
- Contribute to growth by proactively developing and refining processes and serving as a thought partner for the rest of the team
- Identify new ways to build awareness of the client in new hiring markets

**You are**:

- A believer that there is more to sourcing than LinkedIn
- Able to segment clients to discern relevant requirements given their current growth trajectory
- Driven to find solutions and build programs that result in attracting great talent at all levels

**You have**:

- Team Leading experience, RPO preferred
- Semiconductor recruiting experience, preferred
- High-tech Manufacturing or Light Industrial experience, required
- Mandarin and English written and spoken professional proficiency
- A desire to represent yourself, RocketPower, and the client with integrity and courtesy
- An understanding of recruiting metrics and how to utilize them to influence hiring decisions
- Previous startup and/or agency experience and an unwavering ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with G Suite
