**Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts using DAML and other relevant programming languages.
- Work closely with our product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure that our blockchain solutions meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
- Research and evaluate new blockchain technologies and tools.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

**Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of experience in blockchain development.
- Strong understanding of blockchain concepts, including consensus mechanisms, cryptography, and distributed systems.
- Proven experience in developing smart contracts using DAML.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Passion for blockchain technology and a desire to be at the forefront of innovation.

**Bonus Points
- Experience with other blockchain platforms, such as Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, or Corda.
- Knowledge of financial services and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, such as AWS or GCP.
