Job Description:

- Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day tasks.
- Oversee daily operations of the backend business operations and HR matters, ensure compliance of processes and issues are highlighted.
- Review & analyse daily operational productivity and improve processes and systems.
- Manage the productivity of sales personnel from the level of opportunity, quote to sales closure, to ensure meeting sales expectations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure goals are met.
- Manage and optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance to management.
- Manage and renew certifications like Bizsafe and Insurances like Fire, Indemnity, Workmen Compensation and Hospitalization.

**Requirements**:

- At least 6 years work experience in a related position, preferable in IT industry.
- The ability to analyse reports and improve productivity.
- Versatile with good problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong in negotiation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in excel with advanced excel knowledge.
- Experience in finance and HR is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,800.00 - $6,000.00 per month
