**Chartering Manager - RORO / Breakbulk Services**

We are seeking an experienced **Chartering Manager** with a solid background in RORO and Breakbulk services, and deep knowledge of **project logistics**. This role will be instrumental in developing new cargo pipelines and expanding our service footprint in Southeast Asia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead chartering activities for RORO and Breakbulk vessels, with a focus on **project and heavy-lift cargo**.
- Develop new cargo opportunities and establish strategic partnerships across Southeast Asia.
- Maintain and grow strong relationships with cargo owners, project forwarders, EPC contractors, and logistics firms.
- Negotiate and conclude charter party agreements aligned with market trends and operational requirements.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth cargo execution and service delivery.
- Proven experience in RORO / Breakbulk chartering, especially within the **project logistics sector**.
- Strong customer base and established relationships in Southeast Asia.
- Commercially astute with the ability to identify cargo flows and tonnage solutions.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and collaborative.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $6,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month
