Our Company is looking for a driven **Conference Producer **who is experienced in creating cutting edge programmes and nurturing industry relationships to build strong speaker line-ups.

Reporting to the AP Head of Events, the Content & Conference Producer needs to research, develop and create engaging content for flagship events and proprietary platform regionally.

Key facets of the role include:
**Conference**
- Spearhead and manage content strategy for both small-scale and large-scale events, harnessing strategy, digital and brand design, compelling content, and technology
- Create a compelling creative vision to motivate and point the organization forward, build relationships and partnerships within and out of the organization by making clear and decisive decisions
- Create client-focused programs that will deliver the highest results
- Identify & recruit end user speakers & panelists for company's events throughout the region
- Review sponsor and case study speakers content quality, and help drive continuous content quality improvement
- Work closely and collaboratively with the other teams like Sales, Marketing & Analyst groups
- Plan and lead the finalized marketing campaign and translate the marketing directions to the respective teams.

**Content**
- Produce engaging storylines which entail “infotainment” aspects of technology
- Write and edit engaging, well-researched, scripts (Go beyond cleaning up grammar or fact-checking; take command with total re-writes that are not working)
- Focus on attention-grabbing aspects
- Brainstorm ideas and pitch compelling scripts that showcase a deeper analysis of crypto
- Use your creative skills to make suggestions for visual overlays, edits, and other directional suggestions
- Assist in managing existing projects and relevant stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met and production values are upheld

**Qualifications**:

- You are a strong communicator.
- Proven track record of leading conference production. Show us some examples
- A desire to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
- Resourcefulness, attention to detail and proactive with solutions or need for clarity.
- Proficiency in crafting creative stories that communicate complex concepts simply.
- Strong research skills including speaking with c-level executives for content ideas and generation
- Ability to conceptualize thought leadership themes that make the event unique and insightful for attendees
- Excellent analytical, organizational and writing skills
- Ability to handle large quantities of creative work, making smart fast decisions to ensure that deliverables are managed on time and within budget.
- Comprehensive understanding of content and digital marketing across multiple mediums; proven track record of building digital marketing foundations and processes
- 3-5 years of related experience
