**Responsibilities**:
- Support Corporate Secretarial Department
- Support office management for the wellbeing of employees
- Perform administrative work and other ad hoc duties when required
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
- Willing to take on a variety of tasks and responsibilities as required to support the team
- Self-starter with an ability to work independently to manage deadlines
- Positive individual who is proactive, enthusiastic and possesses strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- MinimumN level
