**Responsibilities**:

- Handle banker’s guarantee transactions, import and export bills.
- Support courier-related matters, such as preparing and documenting courier receipts, mails sorting, liaising with DHL consignments before dispatch, handling enquiries relating to DHL details and transaction status and attend to counter services for receiving and delivering documents.
- Provide advice to customers for trade-related enquiry.
- Liaison person with outsourcing parties for trade mattersAny other duties as and when assigned by the supervisors

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma holder in Business or Banking Finance
- Minimum 2 years of experience relevant in Trade Finance Operation in a Bank setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel
