As a **Sales & Travel Coordinator**, you’ll be at the heart of turning dreams into reality—combining personalized service, smart planning, and effective sales strategy. This is a role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, client-facing environment and is excited by the idea of connecting love stories with destinations.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Lead Management**:
- Provide personalized consultation to clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored photoshoot packages.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to drive conversions.
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline in the CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and follow-ups.Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion strategies.
- **Client Experience & Operations**:
- Build positive relationships and create delightful photoshoot experiences for our clients.
- Offer travel planning advice to ensure smooth overseas experiences.
- Handle bookings and manage partner/vendor relationships (photographers, stylists, etc.).
- Resolve any operational issues quickly, including during off-hours if necessary.
- Ensure timely delivery of photos, videos, and printed keepsakes.
- Keep all records of client interaction, sales, and logistics updated in the CRM.
**Requirements**:
You should possess the following skills and competencies
- Proven track record in sales, with strong closing and negotiation skills.
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Meticulously organized and comfortable with planning and admin work.
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Docs, CRM systems, and other digital tools.
- Passionate about travel and customer service; enjoys interacting with people from different cultures.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written). Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, or Japanese) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently while fostering teamwork.
- Able to commit to a 5-day workweek, including one weekend.
