**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
The key deliverable of the role is to enhance the sustainability standards of the organisation and its customers and includes the following responsibilities:

- Assist in projects (eg. Green Mark, Energy Management) to ensure timely completion of the projects and achievement of targets set
- To develop, track and monitor sustainability targets, identify opportunities for improvement and implement initiatives to meet or exceed the targets and enhance the sustainability standards
- Monitor implementation of sustainability SOP (eg. audit)
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather information and prepare reports and submission related to sustainability and propose initiatives to improve the reporting process
- Engage and collaborate with various stakeholders to improve the awareness on sustainability and enhance sustainability standards
- Research on technologies/best practices/trends and solution/partner sourcing to further improve sustainability standards
- Administrative task (eg. putting up Purchase Orders, processing of invoices, minutes taking)
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sustainability related courses
- Independent and strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, writing and planning skills
- Passionate about sustainability, positive learning attitude and mindset and self-driven with a desire for knowledge and learning with a can-do attitude
- Adaptable, keen eye for details, able to prioritize multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines, proactive and resourceful
