We are hiring a Global Supply Chain Project Manager to join our team in Singapore. This role is reporting to the business.

**Your Responsibilities**:
- Lead and participate in project teams supporting high-impact and/ or long-range strategic projects and initiatives execution. The initiative includes strategic transformation and process optimization in addition to delivering solutions for significant cost savings.
- Develop and drive L&D strategy that clearly defines priorities aligned to Supply Chain business needs aligned with the corporate initiatives
- Understand Global Logistics and Global Procurement population culture, learning needs, and future skills needs through survey, learning needs assessment, interviews, role analysis, etc.
- Work closely with multiple levels of stakeholders, including senior leaders to define agreed roadmaps, short and long-term goals, evaluation mechanisms, and measurement of success
- Provide analysis to measure benefits and risks associated with the implementation of strategy or new technology.
- Manage program branding and communication strategies to ensure awareness of L&D programs and instill the learner mindset throughout the organization
- Program management includes work such as coordinating the work of third parties, including global vendor management, to meet contract specified results, performance, or business objectives, in the areas of process definition and implementation with alignment to Agilent business needs.
- Represent business and participate actively in global and functional initiatives related to L&D
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
- Proven ability to interpret business L&D needs, analyze the feasibility and translate into ideas and actionable program tracks
- The ability to bring forth ideas and proposals in a concise presentation to senior stakeholders and excellent communication strategies to brand and promote initiatives to the internal customers
- The ability to work in ambiguity and change gears and plan quickly
- Strong knowledge and experience of the end-to-end learning process, i.e., learning needs analysis, program design, and delivery, learning evaluation using various learning tools and platforms
- Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational and financial needs, and develop creative and out-of-box solutions.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimum supervision on multiple projects within geographically distributed, cross-functional teams in different time zones.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to build positive and collaborative relationships
- Experience in the Learning and Development arena which includes training, facilitating, hosting on virtual platforms, and setting up e-learning.
**Qualifications**:
- Advanced university degree or equivalent with many years of solid experience in the supply chain, preferably in the life-science and pharma industries
- Project Management certification (Prince2, PMI) is preferredAdvanced verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in English is a must
- Proven track record and experience as a Project Manager with strong project and stakeholders’ management skills.
- Relevant experience in digital strategy deployment in supply chain e.g., Web-based solutions, analytics, automation
- Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimum supervision on multiple projects within geographically distributed, cross-functional teams in different time zones.
- Basic knowledge of SAP is essential
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $8,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
