**You’ll make a difference by**:
As a Loan Administrator (Operations), you will make a difference for the daily servicing of the Credit and Treasury portfolio of Siemens Bank GmbH Singapore Branch, maintenance of Bank accounts of the Branch and acting as contact person for all Operations related topics. Your scope will consist of:

- Performing daily maintenance of project and structured finance loan portfolio, ensuring payment accuracy, loan balance, and data quality. This includes managing arrears, and maintaining contract data in the Lending system.
- Monitoring and reconciling all incoming and outgoing cashflows on a daily basis.
- Collaborating closely with various teams, including Risk Management, Treasury, Legal, Accounting, Controlling, Compliance, and Regulatory Reporting, to address queries and ensure smooth operations.
- Engaging with customers, bank partners, key regulators, and internal and external auditors, fostering productive relationships.
- Providing advisory support to Risk Management and Treasury colleagues for new credit transactions.
- Taking responsibility for the documentation, confirmation, and settlement of all Treasury Transactions for Siemens Bank Singapore Branch and serve as the central point of contact for all Operations-related matters. Additionally, support in the analysis of loan documentation.

- Having gained initial experience in Operations/Loan administration, syndicated loan documentation and general bank processes
- Consistently and accurately processing daily servicing of the syndicated loan portfolio including, but not limited to the following:

- Closing and booking of primary transactions and secondary trading activities, subsequent funding requests, loan re-pricings and rate settings, principal payments
- Having intercultural sensitivity and excellent English skills enable you to communicate and collaborate with colleagues and partners in an international environment
- Having a strong teamwork ethic, good organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail complete your profile
