DESIGNATION : Team Leader / Senior Call Concierge Officer (Homecare)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Posses vast industrial knowledge for both social and healthcare sectors to triage customer's enquiries to direct them to receive the relevant service within NTUC Health.
- Provide good customer service
- Be customer centric with internal and external guests via all communication channels
- Speak well and clear over the phone
- Manages customers feedback/complaints in a timely manner including investigations, service recovery
- Tabulation of data for reporting purposes and analysis on the performance of all channels

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum A Level
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Resourceful to find information to care needs for seniors to share with NOK
- Patience and meticulous to follow up closely with the enquiries
- You will be the voice of the organization in providing high standards of service to our customers
- Ability to communicate fluent English and a Second Language
