Forward Minder Organization is an insurance agency representing Prudential Assurance Company Singapore Private Limited.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to understand event objectives, themes, and requirements
- Coordinate event logistics, including catering, entertainment, transportation, signage, audiovisual equipment, and other event-related services
- Select and manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers to provide necessary services for events
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services
- Conduct cost analysis and financial evaluations to optimise spending and achieve cost savings where possible
- Gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders to evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks during event planning and execution
- Ensure events comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including permits, licenses, and safety standards

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage complex event logistics
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and last-minute adjustments in event plans

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,500.00 per month
