Principal Engineer Industrial Engineering - a great opportunity in our technical leadership role to govern personnel/area/layout efficiency KPI and methods harmonization at backend manufacturing level across 11 global sites

In your new role you will:

- Govern **personnel/area/layout efficiency KPI **and methods harmonization at **backend **manufacturing level across **11 global sites**:

- Drive and collaborate with all backend manufacturing sites for benchmarking and best practice **implementation on labour **and **area productivity **improvement.
- Harmonize and govern direct **personnel planning **and **area requirement **planning systematics **backend wide.**:

- Develop and implement **productivity improvement **methodologies to drive towards operational excellence.
- Provide **expert guidance **and training on **personnel efficiency optimization **and **layout planning **systematic.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- **Bachelor’s **/ Master’s Degree in Industrial / Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering with more than **5 years **of relevant experience, **preferably in the semiconductor industry with global/ regional exposure**:

- Domain knowledge in **Industrial Engineering **or related field will be an advantage.
Excellent leadership with solid communication skills and **project management experience.**:

- Prior experience in factory layout planning, and personnel requirement planning is preferred.
