So, when you say hello to us, you are really empowered to say “Hello BIG Possibilities”._ **Be a Part of Something BIG** **Make an Impact by**: - Act as the business point-of-contact for GIS (Geographic Information System) users, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. - Log, track, and follow up on incidents through the internal ticketing system, ensuring timely closure with both internal and external teams - Coordinate and liaise with IT teams for issue escalation from the user, change requests, and patch deployments. - Lead the basic testing and validation during system updates, deployments, or configuration changes to ensure smooth operation - Support user onboarding, training, and communication for GIS system enhancements or new features. - Maintain documentation, user guides, and knowledge base entries to facilitate user self-help. - Ensure adherence to SOPs, data integrity, and compliance policies within the GIS platform. - Work with users and vendor to plan the system life cycle and change management requirements - Other ad hoc duties as required. **Skills for Success**: - Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in support, coordination, or systems-related roles (fresh graduates welcome). - Basic understanding of GIS systems is an advantage. - Strong communication and coordination skills, especially between technical and non-technical teams. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and follow-up skills. - Familiarity with service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) is a plus **Are you ready to say hello to BIG Possibilities?
