[What the role is]

DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER (AUDIT, EXERCISES AND TRAINING)

[What you will be working on]

You will be part of a dynamic team which oversees the operational readiness of LTA Project Teams, Public Transport Operators and other land transport sectors to manage Peacetime incidents/crisis and National Emergency. You will be involved in the planning, preparing and conducting of audits, exercises and trainings to achieve the outcomes. You are required to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure readiness of the land transport sector. Beyond these, you will be given opportunity to work on other Emergency Preparedness related work within LTA as part of career development.

[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary qualification in any discipline
- At least 3 years of working experiences, preferably in emergency preparedness or crisis/incident management related work
- Class 3 driving licence is preferred
- Excellent organisational, coordination, analytical and planning skills
- Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills, and confident to engage internal/ external agencies and stakeholders
- Highly motivated and proactive with the ability to work both independently and in groups
- Meticulous and able to work within tight deadline
- Proactive with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and willing to keep abreast of the new development in emergency preparedness domains
