**Main Duties and Responsibilities**

**Oversee and maintain studio equipment inventory.**
- Track inventory of the studio equipment to keep items safe, in good condition, and ready for use.
- Perform light maintenance to make sure all equipment is running correctly.
- Create and maintain training guides in keeping with the studio updates.
- Coordinate schedule, set up equipment and serve as a contact for technical matters.

**Operate camera / studio for video shoots.**
- Ensure camera/lighting setup at all locations when required.
- Coordinate, schedule and operate the studio for teaching and non-teaching recording sessions.
- Operate audioboard, green screen (chroma-key) and teleprompter operator during live and tape productions.

**Coordinate / lead video production and editing.**
- Coordinate all video production works.
- Work with lecturers/ALs, students, marketing team and inhouse event committees to plan and shoot the videos.
- Arrange lighting plans for all video production works.
- Operate / handle switchboard during recording sessions.
- Assist with the post-production video editing.

**Vendor recruitment and management, managing procurement process.**
- Ensure vendor recruitment and management is carried out when necessary.
- Adhere to and manage procurement process.

**Budget/P & L Responsibility**
- Responsible in budgeting and managing cost for the studio operations and maintenance.

**General**
- Represent the school and participate in marketing events.
- Perform other duties/projects as assigned by the Assistant Head of School

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Digital Film & Television Production, Media Post-Production, and other relevant fields.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in live event production, studio production, broadcast video production, or any relevant production fields. Ability to teach / train the editing software to students of diverse nationality, academic and social background will be an added advantage.
- Experience with live broadcast equipment including vision mixers, real time motion graphics systems.
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and video editing software.
- Knowledge in live event production, studio production, broadcast video production, or any relevant production fields
- Ability to use video/sound/lighting equipment, sound editing software, video editing and other equipment/software used in video production for live event production.
- Ability to operate live broadcast equipment including vision mixers.
- Good Knowledge to operate virtual meeting platforms such as MS Teams and Zoom
- Enthusiasm and keen interest for the live events and media production industry
- Ability to work independently within a team setting.
- Good communication skills, ability to work across different teams.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and organised with strong attention to detail.
- Forward and outlooking approach to the profession
- May be required to work some weekends and evenings to ensure the team is able to support operations.
