**The Challenges**

As a member of a multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals, you will provide psychological services for both inpatients and/or outpatients within the general psychiatric services and Early Psychosis Intervention Programme (EPIP), a sub-specialty service.

EPIP specialises in the early detection and management for individuals with first episode psychosis, including the early onset psychosis (EOP) cases between the age 12 - 16 years old. It offers comprehensive treatment to service users via an integrative recovery-oriented approach. EPIP's services are available across inpatient, outpatient and community settings.

The Psychology Department works with child and adult individuals with a variety of mental health conditions. Similar to EPIP, the psychology department offers comprehensive treatment to service users via an integrative recovery-oriented approach. Psychological services will be delivered in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

For the positions of Senior Clinical Psychologists, you will provide leadership to subordinate levels of staff and participate in the duties of subordinate levels of staff as and when necessary.

As a clinical psychologist in the Psychology Department and the EPIP team, you will be expected to:

- Contribute to patients’ care plan as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Provide services that include psychometric assessment, as well as individual and group psychotherapy
- Contribute to mental health promotion programmes and psychological duties within the institute’s framework
- Ensure proper documentation and referral management
- Participate in or conduct research

**The Requirements**:

- At least Masters in Clinical Psychology/ Masters in Child Psychology that is recognised by Singapore Psychological Society
- For the Senior Clinical Psychologist, preferably with 5 to 8 years of working experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multidisciplinary setting
- Experience in children/youth work will be an advantage
- Accreditation, registration or license for practice with an established or recognized psychological professional body will be an advantage
