Incorporated in 1979, the company’s principal activities consist of trading and distribution of Ayam Brand, Alce Nero, Vegood and other agency lines in Singapore. With a strong distribution network in Singapore, you can find Ayam Brand and a wide variety of other products distributed by Clouet Trading in all supermarket chains, general retail outlets and foodservice channels.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for purchase of finished goods from company's Factories & Suppliers.
- Liaise with key personnel from factories and overseas suppliers to ensure goods are produced and shipped on time.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team on sales forecasts and promotional items, ensure optimal stock management and stock availability.
- Communicate and follow up closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely replenishment of stock and ensure sufficient stock level in both Company's and appointed third-party's warehouses.
- Manage third-party logistic warehouse to ensure KPIs are achieved and local deliveries are strictly on time.
- Prepare purchase orders, organize and confirm delivery of goods and services.
- Actively participate/lead projects related to stock procurement or other inventory related projects.

**Qualifications**
- Degree / Diploma / Professional Certificate in Logistics/Inventory Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; preferably in wholesale and distribution industry
- Responsible, meticulous, analytical and possess a high sense of urgency to meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate and work well with others in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills & able to multi-task
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
