**Position summary statement**:
To manage the Bar based on the concept given with flairs of craft element on food & beverage to delight the guest and VIP in a profitable and quality manner. Good people skills to keep customers entertained in addition to extensive knowledge of alcohol and cocktails of all types.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
1. Manage all bar activities including but not limited to inventory control; safety and sanitation; opening and closing procedures; customer services delivery; designing and recommendation of new recipes and analyze all financial performance and organize work for all internal resources and recommend solution to increase productivity of bar.

2. Design all financial plans and budgets and maintain inventory of all bar equipment and supplies and implement all company programs according to bar policy.

3. Develop all profit and loss statements for bar and prepare required operating plan for same and implement all improvement strategies for bar and supervise achievement of all bar objectives.

4. Administer all profit and losses for bar and prepare monthly reports for same and maintain good professional relationships with all members to recommend solutions to all issues and hire and evaluate staff performance.

5. Train all staff member, conduct various planning sessions and prepare reports for all staff performance in bar and organize weekly meetings to design effective strategies to achieve all bar objectives.

6. Provide development coaching to all members and prepare director reports for seniors and collaborate with human resource department to implement all training programs.

7. Develop and maintain an effective team culture at all times; working with Human Resources on talent development of the team.

8. Prepare and approve all cash management reports according to require standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,700.00 - $4,860.00 per month
