Additive Manufacturing Service Technician

We are looking for an Service Technician that enjoys meeting people, overcoming challenges and want to see their efforts rewarded. We have a strong product portfolio of 3D printing technologies that caters to a wide range of industries. Our goal is to incorporate a driven, motivated and focused individual to bring our business to the next level.

**Responsibilities**:

- To carry out installation, repair and preventive maintenance of customers Additive Manufacturing Solutions
- To provide timely and active customer service
- To record and submit all service data and reports and when required
- Problem analysis/diagnosis of users technical problems
- Able to learn 3D software
- Must have strong ethics and work as an effective,collaborative team member.

**Requirements**:

- Nitec/Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Engineering
- Good interpersonal skills, and a good team player
