**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for an experienced Designer to support our product design function. As Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible to support the Design team in implementing design processes and defining the user experience across our products. You are able to work independently and deliver high quality designs. You are able to scope and prioritise design tasks for yourself and deliver them efficiently. This is an active role that will require you to solve complex visual and interaction design challenges in a new and challenging niche of the financial markets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and lead great user experience to provide business results
- Translate ideas and concepts into a user-centric design
- Contribute to design development throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial explorations through final design deliverables
- Push creativity, spark fresh ideas, challenge established thinking, and discover new ways of solving a problem
- Develop visual design prototypes ranging from comps to interactive mock-ups
- Communicate design rationale effectively to key stakeholders
- Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle

**Requirements**:

- 5 years of work experience - preferably working in tech companies or start-ups
- Experience in launching Designs that customers’ need based on quantitative/qualitative data
- A strong working knowledge of human centred design, service design, and user research
- Strong proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or other similar tools
- Demonstrate knowledge in designing for a web / mobile product across multiple platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and empathic interpersonal skills
- An outstanding portfolio demonstrating the successful delivery of great UX
- Bonus: Previous experience with fintech or crypto
