Learning Curriculum Manager
The Learning Curriculum Manager supports the management, design, delivery, and facilitation of engaging, high quality strategic learning programmes to develop colleagues to bring the best of Aon to clients, support career progression and drive sustainable growth for the firm.
Through leading and supporting global learning projects and programmes across all regions and businesses, the role will help engage, develop, and retain our high potential, high performing and diverse talent through targeted learning experiences, programs, coaching and tailored support.
The role offers the opportunity to gain more experience in all elements of learning and will give insights into design, curation, and facilitation of our learning programmes. Working closely with and learning from global stakeholders will also help to build a diverse Aon United network.
The Learning Curriculum Manager plays a vital role in delivering on the global Learning and Development vision to **empower colleagues to continuously learn, lead and grow**.

**What the day will look like**
**Learning Programme Management**:Accountable for the structure, design, and execution of assigned global learning curriculum, programmes, and projects. (20%)
- Build and effectively manage strategic partnerships with key global and regional stakeholders.
- Drive the Learning and Development vision and strategy by managing selected programmes from design, through pilot, delivery, and evaluation to ensure high quality learning offerings meet the needs of the business and give the best return on investment.
- Support the Learning Curriculum Team and broader Talent/People Org Teams through sharing knowledge and experiences.
- Support ad-hoc project work to support the implementation of the Learning & Development strategy.
**Learning Programme Design**:Development of learning curriculums, programs, associated tools and resources that support our focus on continuous learning, inclusive colleague development and the Aon Story. (20%)
- Design new learning offerings to meet business needs - including in-person programs, virtual workshops, or digital learning content - aligned to our Leadership Pillar curriculums.
- Review and refresh existing programmes to ensure content is updated as required.
- Build in appropriate evaluation processes to gather feedback and measure the success of the programme.
- Work with external vendors to source appropriate content, facilities, and external contractors, as necessary.
- Ensure materials are translated, as required, for regional or global rollout when content has been finalised.
- Support the on-going update and addition of learning, materials, tools, and resources.
**Learning Programme Delivery and Facilitation**: Support the delivery of new and existing programmes and the facilitation of sessions. (50%)
- Work closely with regional Learning Deployment Teams to ensure the successful delivery of programmes, including close partnership when piloting new programmes.
- Facilitate virtual learning sessions for global audiences, and in-person sessions for regional/local audiences.
- Identify and train business leaders to serve as leaders as teachers across learning programmes.
- Update business and People Org stakeholders on the utilization, success, and outcomes of programmes.
**Regional Learning Partner**: Consult and partner with regional People Org stakeholders and business leaders on their needs through the discovery process, to ensure programmes/solutions are tied to business objectives. (10%)
- Build network across key regional stakeholders.
- Partner with Regional Learning Deployment Lead and regional Head of Colleague Experience (HCE)/People Partners to discover/gather learning needs.
- Build broad understanding of global learning curriculum, programs, projects, and digital learning opportunities to better inform regional stakeholders.
- Share high-level understanding of upcoming, new, and current global learning programs and how they can support regional needs.
**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Proven track record in designing and delivering strategic learning programmes to meet corporate objectives.
- Prior experience working with leaders on a regional and global scale.
- Prior experience designing, developing, and facilitating learning for large audiences.
- Demonstrated capabilities in designing blended learning programme offerings.
- Proven effectiveness working in a large matrixed organization, including ability to consult with and influence key stakeholders at a senior / regional level.
- Strong cultural competence and proven ability to work across cultures and geographie
