Your Duties as a Clinic Nurse are but not limited to:
- Maintain nursing/clinical guidelines in accordance to company policies and procedures
- Adopt and implement innovative nursing practices to improve our facility in accordance to clinical best practice
- Identify patient service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other persons in a position to understand service requirements
- Manage nursing operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
- Support clinic staff job results by coaching, mentoring, and disciplining
- Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and staffs
- Provide information to patients and health care team by answering questions and requests
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by ensuring and implementing infection-control policies and protocols
- Ensure and enforce medication administration, storage procedures, in accordance to regulations.
- Ensures operation of medical and administrative equipment by verifying emergency equipment availability, completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Maintains clinical supplies inventory, identifying utilisation trends, anticipating needed supplies
- Undertake nursing duties (i.e. Phlebotomy, subcutaneous/intramuscular injections, simple wound dressings)
- Perform basic triage, including measuring vital signs, height, weight, ECG for health screening.
- Perform medication dispensing.
- Perform clinical and administrative duties including phone enquiries, registration, patient appointment scheduling, booking of referrals, billing and coding for insurance claims.
- Any other duties as and when assigned
**Jobs Requirement**
- At least 1 year working experience in related field
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
- Nitec in Nursing or equivalent
- Friendly disposition and service orientated
- with ENT experience will be preferable
