**Job Summary**: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Crew Member to join our culinary team at [Hotel Name]. The Kitchen Crew Member will assist in preparing and delivering high-quality meals for our guests in a fast-paced hotel environment. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of food items according to hotel standards and recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas, equipment, and storage areas.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cookware to maintain a clean working environment.
- Stock ingredients and supplies in the kitchen to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff in food prep and cooking tasks as needed.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and health standards in the kitchen.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
- Perform basic food prep tasks, such as chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients.
- Work efficiently with other kitchen staff to support meal services during peak times.
- Adhere to food quality standards and deliver high-quality meals to guests.
- Help with inventory management and communicate stock needs to the supervisor.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to food safety and cleanliness.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Flexible schedule to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
