**Responsibilities**:

- Act as communication consultant for the Business Lines in the region, including local adaptation on messaging, marketing materials and marcom activities.
- Drive marketing initiatives from concept to execution, which include Creative campaign proposals and Content management such as product stories, case studies, copywriting, design, videos, and other marketing collaterals.
- Plan and execute social media marketing/advertising and leads generation campaigns for the Business Lines.
- Actively involved in planning, coordination and execution of activities, events, and trade shows.
- Liaise and manage external suppliers and vendors for artwork, merchandise, and event related logistics.
- Ensure all marketing collaterals adhere to corporate brand guidelines.
- Undertake editorial and proof-reading duties to maintain high quality of contents that are in line with the corporate brand guidelines.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree and above in communication, marketing, or public relations.
- 7+ years of relevant working experience in B2B environment, preferably in chemical industry.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills with the ability to draft content for different audiences.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient with all current social media platforms.
- Extensive knowledge of social media analytic tools and campaign analysis.
- Highly organized with a creative flair and a good attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Capacity to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of video editing and design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and an additional language will be of advantage.
