The client who is a hotel near to Dhoby Ghaut MRT, is looking for Asst Housekeeper / Asst Housekeeping Manager to join their team:

- 2 rotating shifts (7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm)
- meal/uniform provided or meal allowance given

Challenges:

- Organise and supervise the day-to-day housekeeping operations to ensure rooms and public areas are well-maintained for the comfort of guests.
- Plan resources, allocate work assignments, supervise cleaning activities, inspect the rooms and monitor the turnover of rooms to uphold the highest level of cleanliness and efficiency of the team.
- Look into escalated guest concerns and implement improvement, innovation and sustainability plan for the department.
- Monitor operational risks including security threats, emergency situations and the team compliance with hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
- Provide coaching to team members and managing team development needs and performance

What it Takes:

- Minimum three years of relevant experience in similar capacity
- Works well under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Willing to work on 8 hours shifts, including weekends and PH
