**Position: Team Leader (Singapore Training Center)**

Are you a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for leadership and training? We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Singapore Center. As the leader of the center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the Training Center, reporting directly to the Manager, Training & Operations.

**Job Function**:
As the Team Leader/Trainer, you will be responsible for overseeing all activities relating to Training & Operations at the Singapore Center. Your primary focus will be on maintaining high training standards, ensuring safety compliance to international standards, excellent maintenance of facilities and equipment, optimizing resource utilization, and delivering exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Achieve performance targets based on key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
- Drive cost efficiency while maintaining the highest standard for equipment and facility upkeep.
- Develop a positive and competent team, ensuring the optimum utilization of resources.
- Ensure the training programs' content, materials, and delivery meet high-quality standards, obtaining and maintaining necessary accreditations.
- Periodically conduct high-quality and comprehensive sea survival training programs for delegates, ensuring their preparedness and safety in challenging environments.
- Maintain a safe working environment at the center, adhering to HSE rules, regulations, and best practices.
- Lead, monitor, and supervise a group of employees, fostering a positive and motivated work culture.
- Achieve the Annual Gantt chart goals for key activities and plan staff development accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with accreditation bodies to comply with the latest requirements and maintain good relationships with key clients and vendors.

Job Requirements:

- Possess a minimum of a Diploma in a related field with at least 3 years of experience as a Team Leader/Manager in operations, managing/supervising a team.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills and effective communication both in written and verbal forms.
- Hold a professional Training Certification with experience in classroom-based training.
- Possess a minimum of Open Water Diving Certification AND at least an Advance Certification in Workplace Safety.
- Familiarity with government training agency schemes (SCDF, MPA Fund, MySkillfuture, etc.).
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint.
- Willingness to take on other responsibilities assigned by the Manager from time to time.
