We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join the Singapore Talent Acquisition (TA) team. This is an individual contributor role and will report into the Singapore TA Head. This role has a high component of data analytical work & program/project management deliverables. **Responsibilities**: Partner: - Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and address Citi Singapore franchise requirements which include regulatory & statutory expectations. - Collaborate with senior recruiting leads and other HR colleagues to lead and execute these identified requirements. - Work with Singapore TA Head in building closer relations with Government agencies (e.g., IBF) through proactive engagements. - Lead and manage in-country career job fairs/recruitment drives to attract and increase talent pools. - Drive continuous improvement, optimizing opportunities at scale to achieve simplification, productivity, and efficiency gains for the Singapore TA team. Project Management: - Provide project management expertise to monitor, govern and report on critical talent acquisition projects & initiatives for Citi Singapore - Successfully execute several diverse Recruitment projects including ‘Return to Work’ program & ‘Singapore Core’ Recruitment initiatives. - Identify, analyze, and drive insights around key recruitment metrics pertaining to ‘Singapore Core’ Recruitment Risk & Control: - Accountable for monitoring and enhancing recruitment-related governance and operational risk including compliance to regulatory guidelines, policies, and recruiting procedures and standards **Qualifications**: - Experience in large-scale in-house talent acquisition business operations - Preferably has deep knowledge of volume hiring & talent sourcing practices - Highly skilled in data literacy, adept at influencing business hiring and workforce planning decisions through the obsessive use of data and skillful storytelling - Strong understanding of the Fair Consideration Framework (FCF) of Singapore - Record of balanced strategic and pragmatic thinking able to identify root issues/ opportunities and convert to innovative solutions - Expert user of influencing skills and styles and with a demonstrable record of building relationships and consensus with senior stakeholders - Aptitude and learning agility able to tackle and resolve complex issues and handle ambiguity - Self-motivated and well organized with an entrepreneurial spirit **Education**: - Bachelor’s/ University degree or equivalent experience - **Job Family Group**: Human Resources - **Job Family**: Recruiting - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
