We are dedicated to providing great quality food with warm customer service at a fair price. We aim to bridge the gap between upscale dining concepts and casual dining concepts, delivering great value to customers who want to indulge.

We welcome you to be part of our opening team, working closely and proactively with us to build a strong and successful concept. As restaurant manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operations managing directly the FOH team and cooperating well with the BOH team.
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
