Report to Project Director / Site Manager / Site HSE Manager / WSH Officer / Environmental Control Officer;
- Ensure project site safety compliance and continuous improvement by implementing and co-coordinating safety awareness training /programmers/initiatives;
- Assisting Project Director / Site Manager / Site HSE Manager / WSH Officer / Environmental Control Officer in incident/workplace investigations and corrective action recommendations;
- Assisting Project Director / Site Manager / Site HSE Manager / WSH Officer / Environmental Control Officer to manage safety documentation and control;
- Ensuring Environmental, Safety and Health practices are carried out at all times;
- Oversight of main contractor HSE performance in the worksite;
- Advise main contractor on the Workplace Safety and Health Legal and Other requirements;
- Advise main contractor on the management of all foreseeable Emergency situations within the construction of process plant;
- Other HSE related ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Preferably with Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health);
- Oil / Petrochemical Industry Supervisor Safety Course (OPISC / WSQ Supervise WSH in Process Plant);
- Building Construction Supervisor Safety Course (BCSS / Supervise WSH in COnstruction);
- Preferably with Lifting Supervisor Safety Certificate (currently renamed as Supervise Safe Lifting Operations);
- Preferably with Supervision of Metal Scaffold Erection Certificate
- Minimum 5 years of construction experiences in Process Plant construction (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical & Instrumentation / Commissioning);
- Preferably with SCDF Emergency Preparedness and Rescue experiences;
- Well-versed in Workplace Safety and Health Legal and Other requirements; and
- Able to manage mega scale of Process Plant construction.
