**Job Description**:
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Lead the designer team for full spectrum of design activities.

2. Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts.

3. Responsible for creation or innovation of partial or entire product development, which includes conceptualisation, design and development of new products types in Aromatherapy, Skin Care and aromatherapy gift products. This includes concept and drawing creation from products including packaging to the marketing Point of Sales, multimedia videos for our retail use.

4. To research, conceptual, develop and produce new ranges of aromatherapy Products such as Burners, diffusers and skincare Packaging to meet market demand within the stipulated timeline.

5. To work on projects that require modifying and enhancing our current range of products.

6. Producing designs and prototypes which translate into successful productions.

7. Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas.

8. Before converting the design to finished products, to evaluate and conduct simple surveys.

9. Amend final designs to management’s comments and gain full approval.

10. Liaising with both local and overseas’ raw material factories to ensure that the prototype meets the approval design requirement.

11. Work closely with marketing team to design and create suitable creative props for display and visual merchandising.

12. Develop and design marketing communication materials such as Point-of-Sales material, conduct photography, videos and social engagement articles, etc.

13. Visit retail outlets to perform visual merchandising implementations/ checks/ site measurement.

14. Co-ordinate, execution & optimizing of all marketing & communications efforts including print & digital.

15. Conduct and edit product photography and multimedia videos

16. Manage presence on digital platforms (website, social media)

17. Creation of marketing content (Article, video and content).

18. Sourcing for quotations and liaising with suppliers/ printers on materials, timeline and printing/ producing.

19. Participate and monitor the development, integration and implementation of the production process to ensure that standards are met and timely corrective actions are taken and to provide periodic reports during the different stage of production.

20. Collaborate closely with Branding and various departments to produce design that comply with the Brand’s guidelines.

21. Any other jobs as assigned.
